Location
Soha Sirrendrin can be found in Arrakeen. From the landing bay, go straight up the stairs to the Great Plaza, then turn into the alley on the right. Walk past the contract board when going to the alley on the right. That is the hologram of a person with the appearance of a scavanger. Continue past the water and spice vendors to find Soha’s stall on the left.

Dialogue
First meeting
Soha Sirrendrin: Welcome. How may I assist you?
Conversation if the Player says they're not from Corporate.
Player: Is this a CHOAM vendor?
Soha Sirrendrin: Of course. Wait a moment. Is this a test? Is corporate checking up on me?
Soha Sirrendrin: Are you with the Committee on interstellar Traffic and Trade?
Soha Sirrendrin: Or did Lady Nevaldine put you up to this?
Player: I'm not from corporate.
Soha Sirrendrin: Are you sure? I think you have to identify yourself if asked directly.
Soha Sirrendrin: I've heard tales of Division checking up on vendors, pretending to be punters.
Soha Sirrendrin: Everything is in order. You can check the books.
Soha Sirrendrin: Bring in the bloody Mentat Auditors if you like.
Player: What do I need to survive the wilds of Arrakis?
Soha Sirrendrin: You sell yourself short, friend. Why merely survive?
Soha Sirrendrin: Why settle for subsistence when you can positvely thrive and master your environment?
Player: How do I master my environment?
Soha Sirrendrin: I'm glad you asked. Of course, the answer is very simple. The key to mastering your environment is CHOAM.
Soha Sirrendrin: Our engineers have created the most portable, adaptable, and malleable construction system in the known universe.
Player: What construction system?
Soha Sirrendrin: To begin with, our proprietary Holographic Construction Visualiser allows users to preview building sections at full scale and in real-time.
Player: What does that mean?
Soha Sirrendrin: It means you can custom-fit your building layout to suit any terrain configuration.
Soha Sirrendrin: It means you can build anywhere.
Soha Sirrendrin: That, in combination with our Procyon II Series Frontier Modules, provides our users with every requirement of contemporary wilderness living.
Conversation if the Player uses Deception
Player: Is this a CHOAM vendor?
Soha Sirrendrin: Of course. Wait a moment. Is this a test? Is corporate checking up on me?
Soha Sirrendrin: Are you with the Committee on interstellar Traffic and Trade?
Soha Sirrendrin: Or did Lady Nevaldine put you up to this?
Player: [DECEPTION] How did you know Lady Nevaldine put me up to it?
Soha Sirrendrin: She told me she had another plaything.
Soha Sirrendrin: Has she given you the door code to her Arsunt flat?
Soha Sirrendrin: Or has she not taken you there yet?
Player: She's taken me there.
Soha Sirrendrin: If she's taken you there, what color is the door?
Player: Gray.
Soha Sirrendrin: Damn it, you have been there.
Soha Sirrendrin: Is it serious? I don't want to waste my time. There's plentym ore fish in the sea.
Player: It's very serious.
Soha Sirrendrin: Have her, then. She's all yours. I'll find another soiled dove.
Player: What's a soiled dove?
Soha Sirrendrin: That's just waht I call'em. Low-level noble women of questionable integrity.
Soha Sirrendrin: AKA the twice widowed, baby out of welock, Semuta freaks of the Na-Familia. They'll never find a match of the proper station.
Soha Sirrendrin: But that doesn't mean they can't find love. And that's where opportunity comes knocking.
Soha Sirrendrin: They say it's impossible to become a noble unless, of course, you're born to one.
Soha Sirrendrin: Certainly, they don't marry outside their station. Or do they?
Soha Sirrendrin: I have discovered there is a small subset of these "unmarriable" nobles.
Soha Sirrendrin: Needy spinsters I call my 'soiled doves' who are quite often open to matrimony with their lessers.
Soha Sirrendrin: It's the perfect quid pro quo.
Soha Sirrendrin: I provide the love they provide the elevation to their station.
Soha Sirrendrin: And from then on, it's feasts and pleasure barges for me.
Conversation if the Player asks about the Committee on interstellar Traffic and Trade.
Player: What is the Committee for Interstellar Traffic and Trade?
Soha Sirrendrin: It's the Committee ON Interstellar Traffic and Trade.
Soha Sirrendrin: Which you would know if you were on it.
Lore
Soha Sirrendrin is a shopkeeper in Arrakeen who identifies himself as a CHOAM vendor. He presents CHOAM’s construction technology as a way to thrive in the wilderness of Arrakis. His sales pitch highlights the Holographic Construction Visualiser, which he describes as allowing users to preview building sections at full scale and in real time, tailoring their layouts to the terrain. He also promotes the Procyon II Series Frontier Modules, claiming that they meet every requirement of contemporary wilderness living.
Soha is wary of corporate scrutiny. When asked about his CHOAM affiliation, he suspects that the player may be checking on him for corporate, the Committee on Interstellar Traffic and Trade, or Lady Nevaldine. He mentions hearing stories of Division representatives posing as customers to investigate vendors. Insisting that everything is in order, he invites the player to check his books and suggests bringing in Mentat auditors.
Beyond his work as a vendor, Soha seeks advancement into the nobility through marriage. He claims that certain Na-Familia women are unable to find a suitable match within their station are willing to marry someone of lower status. He sees this as an exchange: he provides love, while they grant him access to their social standing. He imagines the arrangement leading to a life of feasts and pleasure barges.
Deception Option
If the player uses deception to claim that Lady Nevaldine sent them, Soha asks whether she has taken them to her flat in Arsunt. He tests their claim by asking the colour of the door and accepts the answer of gray as proof of a visit. If the player then claims that their relationship with Lady Nevaldine is serious, Soha says he will leave her to them and find someone else.
