Esmar Tuek a secretive man that runs smuggling operations from the Polar region of Arrakis, in-game though he runs his operations from the Fallen Light, a derelict of abandoned machinery. He runs a crew of free traders/smugglers that are tight knit and treated like family. To run with his crew is to be like family to him. He has deals with Duke Leto to provide some of his profits in exchange for his dealings to be overlooked.
