The Pallas is a large Shipwreck in the northern portion of the Western Vermillius Gap.
The Pallas was probably a freighter or a transport shitp, before crashing in the sands of Arrakis. The causes of the crash are unknown, and its presence on Arrakis remains an unsolved mystery.

Like many of the ships across the Imperium, the Pallas bears a name drawn from Greek mythology. Pallas was the titan of warcraft as well as the father of Kratos and Nike (strength and victory). This connection is especially relevant as the Swordmaster Seron Varlin sends you to this wreck to sharpen your abilities as part of your training.
