The Alcyon is a Shipwreck in the Hagga Basin South. It is the first shipwreck new players encounter. There are Scavengers in the surrounding area.

The wreck of the Alycon is a downed Atreides military frigate located in Hagga Basin South. It has been heavily looted by scavengers, and long since abandoned by its crew. While it's abandoned, the ship has retained a few active power systems, keeping some of the deeper parts of the ship safe from would be looters via penta shields that require access bands to breach. It's notable for containing an armory behind a penta shield that contains a unique schematic, the Khalif's Drinker.
It's possible that the name is a reference to Greek mythology (Halcyone) like many names found throughout the game.
It is the first shipwreck in the game that the player will encounter, meant to teach them about the shipwreck mechanic. It is the only shipwreck to be safe from PvP.
