The intel is located in the first floor of the building towards the left corner. As soon as you walk into the room. The room also has an exposed ceiling.
Lore
There is an audio recording on the second floor of the main building. The recording discusses a slaver leader enraged by another combatant named Mazlin. Due to their labor slack and poor decisioning regarding killing an informant. Resulting in missed quotas and reduced waged. Subsequently, leading to a planned demise to intoxicate Mazlin to become a slave in Neo Carthag. The transcript is as follows, the only speaker being the slaver leader:
We’re one body short of our quota again, and we all know it’s because of Mazlin’s slacking. Plus, he shot that Kirab who ran for it when he could have easily run him down and recaptured him. I’m sick of having my pay docked and getting screamed at by the bosses all because of that useless clod. So, here’s the plan: Chun will get Mazlin hammered on Semuta tonight. Once he’s dead to the world, we’ll strip him down, put him in a cage, and deliver him to Khidr. Quota met! By the time the semuta wears off he’ll be busting rocks in Neo Carthag. Nobody’s going to listen to his sob stories there!"
