I went to Osten's workshop, hidden in a Sandflies base in the Eastern Shield Wall, where I found several items of interest: a schematic of Old Carthag and a blackmail letter from a woman named Phaedra Vye. I'm taking them back to Sub-Prefect Tors for further investigation.
