The Aegis
The Aegis is an Atreides military outpost located in the far north of the Western Shield Wall region, near the border with the Eastern Shield Wall. The Aegis is one of two military outposts that Atreides operates in the Western Shield Wall, the other being the Passage of Artemis. A larger multi-level base with locker rooms, a lower level and a main room with a ID band room that holds MK5 loot. Noticable loot: Heavy Caliber Compressor, Light Caliber Compressor, Military Power Regulator and Hydraulic Piston. There is 1 Intel drop worth 20 points.

The Aegis is a multi-storied Atreides Stronghold, bridging the pass between the Eastern and Western Shield Walls on the Northern wall of the Hagga Basin. It is heavily fortified and staffed by multiple shielded foes such as Heavy Gunners, Snipers, Scouts and Rapier-wielding skirmishers from the Atreides faction, all of whom are aggressive to players of both factions. Originally implemented as a PvP War of Assassins site, it was converted to PvE in 2026. It is periodically "raided" by heavy Harkonnen NPCs of a similar makeup, who are also aggressive to players of both factions.
