Kel's Splinter is a point of interest in Jabal Eifrit Al-Sharq, located among many rock pillar formations. A small building complex that has been overrun and inhabited by slavers. It has an intel point, it does not have alarms nor a celestial chest.

Kel's Spinter is a small slaver outpost located in Jabal Eifrit Al-sharq. It's not a particularly noteworthy outpost, containing just a few slavers. It does at the very least contain a chest with rare schematics and loot potential that can be found behind a penta shield on the second floor.
