Purpose / Ethos
This guild is loosely based off of lore in the 4th book in the Dune series - God Emperor of Dune. In short, we are focused on preventing the rise of the Kwisatz Haderach by controlling the planet and its resources. Further details are provided in the discord (there will be spoilers). The guild is meant to help coordinate raids, expeditions into the deep desert, and organizing to secure votes in the Landsraad.
Our goal manifests in 3 parts:
- Wield power over Dune via the Landsraad to ensure we can slow the Kwisatz Haderach down should he ever appear on the planet via our various planet wide policies.
- Exploit and control the resources of the planet to the benefit of our guild and allies so that we may face the Kwisatz Haderach when he manifests.
- Find and lead the Fremen to have even tighter control over the planet.
This guild is for people who are excited about the game and want to work as a tight knit rebellious cell working together to undo the greater powers of the universe. You can join the cause and immerse in it or just tag along for the ride. Expect some respectful inter-guild rivalry, light RP, organized expeditions, and political involvement. Feel free to come in and hang out, join a few scouting missions, or get more actively involved in guild affairs. Open to veterans and new player alike!
Recruitment Process
There is no formal recruitment process. Despite the ties to book lore, we mainly aim to create a place to meet cool people and revel in the bounties of Arakis.
After you join the server, hang out a bit and pass through our "vibe check", you'll become a full member in good standing. Our priority is to find people of fitting personalities who are excited about the game.
You must be 18+ to join the discord.

Breaker of the Path - Guild leader
Nine Daughters - Officers in charge of the various activities of the guild
Thousand Sons - Full members in good standing with access to all guild events and information
Newborns - Newcomers, not yet full members. Limited access to events and information, but can still join in on some of the fun!

Other officers will be named as needed, as long as they show some level of organizational skills. They will contribute to guild lore, organizing events, monitoring the guild, and providing guidance for newer members. Precise duties are to be determined. Leaders are appointed by the Breaker of the Path on an invite only basis.
Guild Lore
A Golden Path lay before us, a false utopia is promised by it. Even with a glimpse, the rivers of blood lining the golden tiles across time could not be ignored. We will not stand for this false peace, for the bloodshed. We inherit the bounties of Arakis. We will protect the universe. We curse the witches and the father of the worm.
We will kill hundreds if it saves thousands. We will kill thousands if it saves millions. We are the true Children of Siona.
