iirc he was the governor of Harko Village (or whatever it used to be called) before his son Glossu Rabban took over.
I think the water seller in Harko talks about it a bit. Impression I got about him was that he was not as bad as the rest of his family.
Apparently he denounced the Harkonnen name as well which is why they are called Rabbans[1] Sorahawk (talk) 11:54, 14 May 2026 (UTC)
