Poison
Poison is primarily damage debuff within Dune Awakening that is most commonly seen in two forms, enemy attacks and environmental traps. It has two forms, a slower debuff that does less damage but lasts longer and a potent poison (often related to weapon attacks, like the spitdart rifle) that acts faster and is more powerful, the two types of poison can stack. It is particularly nasty because it bypasses shields and has few ways to truly prevent it though one class does have helpful abilities for dealing with it. it works similar to the fire debuff where it won't cause damage till its fully filled by application and then spends the build up as a timer for its full damage. Out of the debuffs that can be applied it is often the one that gives you the most time to deal with the damage effect once it starts to take away health.
