Recruitment Process

We welcome mature, team-oriented players from all backgrounds. Whether you're a fighter, crafter, trader, or explorer — there's a place for you here.
Our recruitment process is simple:
- Apply – Send us a brief introduction via Discord DM or our in-game contact. Let us know your interests (PvP, PvE, crafting, etc.).
- Interview – A short chat with a Council Member or Officer to ensure alignment with our values and playstyle.
- Trial Period – New members join as *Initiates* to get familiar with our systems, culture, and team dynamics.
- Promotion – After demonstrating participation and a good community fit, Initiates are promoted to *Member* status.

⚖️ LEADERSHIP
Commander
The highest authority within the guild. Sets overall direction, strategy, and final decisions for House Solaryn.
Council Member
Senior advisors and deputies to the Commander. They ensure guild operations continue smoothly and take charge in the Commander’s absence. Council positions include:
- Emissary – Manages diplomacy and external relations. Builds alliances, negotiates contracts, and represents House Solaryn to other factions and guilds.
- Navigator – Oversees transport, exploration, and safe passage through the harsh terrain of Arrakis.
- War Master – Leads military affairs, including combat readiness, tactics, and the training of our fighting forces.
- Reverend Mother – Directs logistics, provisioning, and the strategic distribution of the guild's resources.
Officer
Trusted members who assist leadership by managing specific tasks or leading squads.
Eligibility: 90+ days of membership and in good standing.
