Purpose / Ethos
The purpose of House Draconus is to enjoy the game of Dune Awakening, and the community itself.
We seek to enjoy PvE, PvP and RP -- should the interest arise.

Ranks/Hierarchy
Duke / Duchess (Leader): The overall leader of the House Minor. This individual has moderate, though notable in comparison, Prescience. This Prescience allows for them to know what direction to lead the House Minor in, to ensure the ongoing growth of the House Minor.
Marquess / Marchioness (Officer): The second in command of the House. This individual has minor Prescience. It allows for them to suggest directions for the House to move. They may also oversee the Count / Countess in their commanding of the Enlisted ranks.
Count / Countess (Junior Officer): The third in command of the House. This individual has minor Prescience that allows them to carefully oversee the Enlisted rankings. They may also oversee the Viscount / Viscountess in their commanding of those below them.
Viscount / Viscountess (Junior Officer): The fourth in command of the House. This individual does not have any notable Prescience. They oversee the ongoing collection of resources needed for the House.
Baron / Baroness (Junior Officer): The fifth in command of the House. This individual does not have any notable Prescience. They primarily oversee the Enlisted ranks and ensure that battle plans are prepared monthly. They also help oversee the production of maps for the Deep Desert.

Guild Lore
House Draconus was established by Cayn Draconan 9893, when he pledged to aide any and all Atreides after reading and hearing of the vicious tactics of the Harkonnens. Cayn, whose father had been a soldier, as his father had been, and his before then. Cayn who sought to end a cycle within his family that saw them all die before the age of fifty. Cayn who believed that the change his family needed to see would come by destroying the tactics of the Harkonnens, and by obtaining political power.
Cayn, with this shift in direction, managed to see the age of fifty-two. Although it was a mere two additional years, those who chose to follow him and his beliefs began to grow in confidence and morale. And so would more join the House Draconus.
As the years passed, and the House Minor continued to grow, each subsequent of Duke and Duchess grew older and older. Eventually, because of the ongoing growth of the House and their relationship with House Atreides, in the year 10100, to mark the year, House Draconan was welcomed to Caladan.
Nearly one hundred years later, the war on Arrakis began, and House Draconus was called to aid. Their assistance in the war saw the death of the most recent Duke, Jakain Draconan, and his oldest, a daughter named Jasmine, leaving his young son to be the new Duke of House Draconus.
