Completion

After obtaining the encrypted report, the following dialogue can be had with Lt. Tolliver. Special dialgoue options shown for a player with the Honorable trait (having chosen to have a background of Caladan)

Player: The missing agent is dead, but I have his encrypted report.

Lieutenant Anton Tolliver: I feared as much. But hand me that report, and I'll make sure his sacrifice was not in vain.

Player: (complete contract) Here it is.

Lieutenant Anton Tolliver: Let me have a look at that...

Lieutenant Anton Tolliver: I know Maxim's salivating for this report. You made the right choice. Trust is hard in this unscrupulous trade, but you've earned some good will.

Player: What can you tell me about this business with the dead agent?

Lieutenant Anton Tolliver: It's a delicate topic, but I suppose you've earned some information.

Lieutenant Anton Tolliver: Our deceased agent was on the trail of Lieutenant Tighe Skora, a defector from the Atreides military.

Lieutenant Anton Tolliver: We're keeping it hush, since Leto intervened on Skorda's behalf a few years ago. I must find him before the Harkonnen do, to protect my Duke's honor.

Lieutenant Anton Tolliver: Those above may know more about what Skorda was up to, but such need-to-know information rarely trickles this far down the chain of command.

Player: Am I on the team now?

Lieutenant Anton Tolliver: What you are is a freelance asset. This insulates the both of us. It also gives you more freedom than someone serving in a more official capacity.

Player: Will this paint a target on my back for the Harkonnen?

Lieutenant Anton Tolliver: As a deniable asset, no one knows your allegiance but me. You're as free or limited to move about as anyone else.

Lieutenant Anton Tolliver: Trust accrues slowly in the world of espionage. You'll have to really earn it. In the meantime, let's work on a contract-by-contract basis.

Lieutenant Anton Tolliver: You're not officially on the books. That means it's up to me, and me alone, to assess your worth and trustworthiness. Let's begin.

Player: [HONORABLE] I will not disappoint you.

Lieutenant Anton Tolliver: I have a good feeling about you. Generally, I'd not be so quick to trust, but time is short.

Lieutenant Anton Tolliver: Given your background, I am confident your reasons to join our House are honest. I will not ask you to prove your worth on menial tasks.

Player: [HONORABLE] I appreciate it. How do we proceed?

Lieutenant Anton Tolliver: I do, however, need to know you can fight. Gangs of brutal slavers need a proper lesson taught to them the hard way. Take this. You'll need it.

Player: (Take contract) Consider it done.

Lieutenant Anton Tolliver: I look forward to hearing about your results. I never could stomach slavers.

Trivia

The audio recording next to the Spy's body plays the following report:

Day eight surveillance report. Harkonnen hard target 42M.
The facility maintains round-the-clock House shielding. The shield has dropped briefly on two occasions since the last report. In both cases, it was to facilitate the landing of courier thopters. There is no apparent regular arrival time. The Harks seem vigilant at keeping an unpredictable schedule.
I must express my concerns about the tenability of this position. A few hours ago, I observed a Hark with binoculars having a good hard look in this direction. Don't know if I'm made or not, but my relief is now overdue. Will keep watch as long as possible.
